Hello ubl-dev,

Just a reminder that the comment period for the second public
review of UBL 2.0 ends Saturday.

So far we have received no comments from the public, which is
perhaps to be expected at this late stage (you'll recall that UBL
2.0 underwent a 60-day public review a few months ago).  But OASIS
suffered a huge server crash last week that wiped out a few days'
worth of mail, so if you sent something earlier, please resend it
using the procedure described in the notice below so that it gets
considered in next week's UBL TC meeting.

   The OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC has recently
   approved the following specification as a Committee Draft and
   approved the package for public review:

	Universal Business Language v2.0

   The public review starts today, 28 July 2006, and ends 12
   August 2006. This specification was previously submitted for a
   60-day public review on 20 January, 2006[1]; the 15-day review
   is limited in scope to changes made from the previous review. A
   spreadsheet documenting the changes made since the last public
   review is provided in both OpenDocument and Microsoft Excel
   formats. This is an open invitation to comment.

   We strongly encourage feedback from potential users, developers
   and others, whether OASIS members or not, for the sake of
   improving the interoperability and quality of OASIS work.

   More non-normative information about the specification and the
   technical committee may be found at the public home page of the
   TC at
   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ubl. Comments
   may be submitted to the TC by any person through the use of the
   OASIS TC Comment Facility which can be located via the button
   marked "Send A Comment" at the top of that page, or directly at

   Submitted comments (for this work as well as other works of
   that TC) are publicly archived and can be viewed at
