Subject: Re: [ubl-dev] Re: Input forms for UBL :: was "'Opensource' XForms for UBL"

Hello everybody,

We're very interested in taking part of your idea and development about
UBL-XForms. We recently finished a first-part project oriented to analyze,
design and implement eTendering/eAwarding components based on UBL-2.0 (a
preliminary version of this project, called CODICE, is available at:
http://www.meh.es/Portal/Servicios/Contratacion/Junta+Consultiva+de+Contratacion+Administrativa/CODICE.htm).
On another hand, we also developed a Java application in order to
automatically generate the XSD files from a SpreadSheet (Tim Mc Grath told
us that Chin Chee-Kai did or was about to do something similar to this, so
i'm afraid we probably are somehow duplicating efforts), you can have a look
at this tool at
http://www.invinet.org/web/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2&Itemid=4).

Next steps for us will be profiling thru forms, schematron, style-sheets. We
planned to start studying and developing XForms for the 15 documents we
recently implemented and for different scenarios. Our policy and our current
customer's policy is to share the results of our work with the community (as
we already have done in this first project). So we'll be enchanted in
collaborating with you as far as we can and hoping we will able to produce
anything worthing your attention and interest.

Chee-Kai, we also would be glad talking with you about Ublish, Ubler and
UBL-2.0.

Best regards and happy new year to all of you!
