I misunderstood ... I thought you had UBL documents and you needed to 
validate them.  I pointed you to the validation instructions.

Yes of course ... this will take two steps: (1) determining the 
mappings between your information items and UBL information items, 
and (2) writing the transform.

Once you run the transforms on your data you can then run the 
validation process to confirm that the transforms create valid UBL 
2.0 instances.

It is only because of lack of available time that I cannot help you 
on this ... hopefully someone else on the list can help you with the 
specification and the writing of the transformation.
