question about X12 DTM mapping in UBL PO

Hi all, 
 
We are currently in the need of mapping certain X12 850 DTM qualifiers to their corresponding place in the UBL Order, and there are some we are having trouble with:
 
DTM 015  Promotion StartDTM 016  Promotion EndDTM 061  Cancel if Not Delivered byDTM 175  Cancel if not shipped byDTM 710  Date of Specification
 
 
So far we have mapped the following DTM qualifiers:
 
001 Cancel After 
ValidityPeriod.EndDate  and PO Date as .StartDate
002 Delivery Requested 
Delivery.RequestedDeliveryPeriod.StartDate  and .EndDate
007 Effective 
ValidityPeriod.StartDate
010 Requested Ship Date

Additionally, with code 061 'Cancel if Not Delivered by' I am not sure, because 'Delivery.LatestDeliveryDate' does not necessarily imply a cancellation.
