Is any of the free tools for UBL capable of taking a set
of conventional CCTS spreadsheet-defined models and
generating UBL 2 NDR schemas?
Would there be a difference between wanting UBL 2.0
schemas and 2.1 schemas? Does this amount to the
same thing?
