Minimum and maximum charges in CatalogueLine?

I came across this price list which I'd like to turn into a UBL document 
"Catalogue":

Handling 1 - 1,999 lbs		price = $1.54 / 100 lbs		minimum = $10.00 
maximum = $24.60
Handling 2,000 - 4,999 lbs	price = $1.23 / 100 lbs		minimum
= $10.00	maximum = $50.00
Handling 5,000 - 9,999 lbs	price = $1.00 / 100 lbs		minimum = $10.00 
maximum = $92.00
Handling 10,000 lbs and over	price = $0.92 / 100 lbs		minimum = $10.00

The entity CatalogueLine - RequiredItemLocationQuantity seems to be the 
right place to put such information. It features MinimumQuantity 
MaximumQuantity but nothing relating to a minimum or maximum charge.

Any thoughts about that?
