Free UBL NDR 2.1 schema generator

Fellow UBL Dev mail list members,

Some of you may be interested in my announcement today on the UBL TC 
mail list regarding a stylesheet implementing the in-development UBL 
NDR 2.1 naming and design rules:

The downloaded environment reproduces the UBL 2.1 PRD2 schemas and 
OASIS CVA file from the UBL 2.1 PRD2 genericode serialization of the 
spreadsheets.

This is being used as a test bed for writing up the new UBL NDR 2.1, 
so some aspects may change as the specification is finalized.  Links 
in the post above are given for keeping up-to-date with minor releases.

The new UBL NDR 2.1 rules are being generalized prescriptively so 
that any project can follow the rules, create their own spreadsheets, 
serialize those spreadsheets into OASIS genericode and then use this 
free software to create schemas for their own use.

I'm looking forward to feedback for any repairs or improvements to 
the code or the documentation.
