Actually, it is 2.14.1.5.

Actually, the text states and the diagram 
illustrates the use of "Receipt Advice", not 
"Return Advice" ... an easy mistake.

Correct.  There is no such document.

A simple oversight ... you just happened to read 
the diagram incorrectly.  I've just reviewed it, 
and the copy I'm looking at says "Receipt Advice".
