Subject: Re: [ubl-comment] UBL LATAMR

Roberto, thanks for your time and examples.
What we are looking for is to separate the more deeply the address, because the code "CI" is the type of the Address. For this reason we need :
cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:StreetType = " CI"
cac:Party/cac:PostalAddress/cbc:StreetName = " 28"

Thanks again.
Carlos.

Hello Carlos,
you can express the address in two ways:

a) all together using one or more address lines
   cac:Party/cac:PostaAddress/cac:AddressLine/cbc:Line = "Cl. 28 #13A-15 Piso 36"

b) separately using:

>>>PISO
cac:Party/cac:PostaAddress/cbc:Floor = "36"

>>>CALLE/CARRERA
cac:Party/cac:PostaAddress/cbc:StreetName = "Cl. 28"

>>>Número
cac:Party/cac:PostaAddress/cbc:BuildingNumber = "13A-15"

Hope this is what you want.

Best regards

Hi All,

thanks for your time and help.
The origin of my question is related with a Colombian Street, The format express and numeric system in which you refer to a an intersection of to blocks, like " Cl. 28 #13A-15 Piso 36" ( Calle/carrera XX Nº YY-ZZ, donde XX (calles/carrera) y YY (carreras/calles) son nùmeros entre 1 y 150 o 200 (y hasta màs!!!) y ZZ corresponde al nùmero del inmueble, casa, oficina, edificio, etc., del total del conjunto que hay en la cuadra.) is and Colombian address and all the name have to be in one ubl field, and I was wondering if this structures could be separeted in severals

Thanks again.
Carlos

Hello Carlos,
you may find useful to read the 1st localization package from the UBL LSCs, spanish included:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/idd/UBL-2.0-idd.html

This is another localization effort from the UBL community that could be of interest as well:

Cheers,
Roberto

Oggetto: [ubl-comment] UBL LATAMR

Hi,

I work as IT Consulting in Argentina. I´m Working in a company which have some branchs in other South America Countries, and I want to ask about the Address Object Class.
The Addresses Format in South America aren´t the same in all Countries, and UBL Address Object doesn´t have localization...
The UBL LATAMR SubCommite, has produce some localizations? or have I extend the address object.?

thanks for your answer.
Carlos.
