Personally, having been responsible for some of the receipt
advice model design, I believe the main emphasis of the model
was placed on goods and not services. Subsequent work to
look at services might have focused more on the invoice and
might have missed the receipt advice. Although my own
employment has changed so that I cannot be involved further
with UBL document engineering in UBL TC, I would guess that
it would be a concern for UBL that any new focus on services
be introduced across the breadth of all business documents
defined using UBL, but that said, it seems to me that at good
look at the use cases for UBL in a service provision context
across all documents would be a sensible next step. Albeit
a pity that I cannot contribute my own time.
