Many thanks to Micah for supplying candidate HTML scripting.  Based on his 
code fragment I did even more than I originally planned with the HTML.

I've just posted revised XPath files that have the copyright statement in 
all files and HTML work based on Micah's contribution ... I'll announce 
this in the SBSC list as well:

I won't have access to my email until just before the meeting.
