Micah to post analysis of field distillation for each of the eight document 
types.

Ken to post message to HISC and UBL-TC and possibly UBL-Dev soliciting 
input on a ranking of the likelihood of a user interface incorporating the 
field as part of direct human input vice the likelihood of a back end 
filling in an incomplete field the human operator neglects to fill in.

We discussed code lists and the location of the schema files in the 1.0 
package.

We discussed building an "XML Frame" ... every user interface control needs 
to map to an element.  It looks like the "-Instance.xml" files will 
probably satisfy the need, and that perhaps by stripping the bangs from the 
file then the numeric string values will satisfy both the string and 
numeric datatypes of the form.

The call ended after 45 minutes.
