Juts to follow up on my previous email.

The UBL Library Content team have discussed the issue of Payment Means
within an Order and agree with you that it would be useful.

Therefore, we propose to add the PaymentMeans ASBIE to Order in the
Order, Order Change and Order Response document schemas.

These will be in the UBL 1.0 final release.
