We wish to move ahead with our first release of the UBL Library. To do so, we need to accept and freeze the current BIE library, known as v0.61, so we can use this as the basis for constructing our XML Schema and assembling our Order document.

If anyone on this list objects to accepting this draft BIE library content (see attached) as suitable for our document assembly, please file such objection by posting to the list ubl-lcsc@lists.oasis-open.org by 9:00 am (California time) 21st February 2002.
