The latest NDR papers (including the one on Code Lists) are now available
from their port hole.

I finally got a chance to update the NDR portal (or, as Bill calls it, 
the "port-hole").  Updated stuff: NDR document V06, code lists V08, 
links to minutes, broke out the .doc and .pdf versions of the Paella 
proposal.  New stuff: facets paper.  Read and enjoy!
