[ubl-lcsc] Changes to Spreadsheet

Coming out of the Face to Face meeting, we had a list of Action Items. 
These items are divided up among several people.  To help us keep
organized and keep the spreadsheet from moving into to many different
versions, I propose the following:

1.  As Action Items are researched and then completed, please use me,
Lisa Seaburg, as the central point for information. 

2.  When there are changes to be made to the spreadsheet (Library), send
me the changes to be made on the following worksheet. 
LCSC_Changes_Worksheet.doc

Please rename the worksheet, adding your name or initials at the end of
the documents current name.  I will use this worksheet to make changes
to the master version of the spreadsheet.

3.  When there are questions as to how to make the change, please post
to the UBL-LCSC list, describe the problem, give options, and if you
feel strongly about something, then give your recommendation.

There is much to get done, and as editor, I ask you to help me out
here.  We have some deadlines ahead of us, let me know if you feel you
will not be able to complete your items.
