I haven't posted the PDF result because only five of Sally's fields are showing on the printed form: Purchase Order Number Buyer's Reference Terms of delivery (though it only says "1" here ... perhaps is the "1" a reference to "Invoice Clauses" and then I put the cat:SpecialTerms element "itemized" in the clauses with the "1"? Just guessing here) Quantity U/M Unit Price *All* other fields are blank, so I haven't bothered producing a result.
