Based on discussions mid-meeting, here is a work in progress:

File types (here I don't think we need "Inst", just distinguishing 
filenames for possibly multiple input files):

Stylesheets:

    (scenario)(documentType)SS.xsl      - stylesheet file for A4 PDF
    (scenario)(documentType)SS-us.xsl   - stylesheet file for US Letter PDF
    (scenario)(documentType)SS-html.xsl - stylesheet file for HTML

Documentation:

    (documentType)FSpec.html           - index file to all scenarios for 
doctype
    (scenario)(documentType)FSpec.html - individual formatting specification

The results of transformation to guarantee unique file names

This adopts a convention of adding a file use suffix to the name, before 
the file extension.
