i will put this on the agenda for tuesday's call

Unfortunately, only the one of us can do this. i hope whoever owns the current
set may be able to do something before our meeting -it should be a quick
fix.  in most cases we can replace "token" with "" (on the basis it is better
to be null than incorrect).
