Conceptual Models for 0p80

Attached are the first drafts of the UML Class diagrams describing the 
conceptual model behind the 0p80 data models/spreadsheets.

There is...

* a overall diagram (complex!)
* the overall diagram divided into packages (item, party, address, etc...)
* a separate diagram for each package
