I took a browse at the page.  Seems pretty good and 
all-inclusive.  

For the Normative Reference section, should "ISO8601:2000
Representation of Dates and Times" be in as well?

I think a conforming approach to what has been practised
so far in 0p70 would be to have the directory "xls"
storing only Excel, and a new directory "sxc" storing
all the OpenOffice files.
