I don't have a definition, but in comparing "CountrySubentity" to, say,
"StreetName", it does seem that "Street" is to "Name" as "Country" is to
"Subentity".  So it makes sense to me in that sense, although I can see the
argument that "Name" may be a more well-defined concept than "Subentity".
