Subject: Re: [ubl-lcsc] eGov UBL input needed

I attach comments developed yesterday at HM Treasury Office of Government
Commerce, by myself, Steve Green, Paul Johnston and Martin Leverington,
which will I hope be useful.

The structure of the table and some of the content is based on a document
produced in March by Mike Adcock. The original document he produced was not
(as far as I know) submitted to lcsc, but I am gratified that, by basing
this submission on his earlier work, we have been able to build on that and
achieve considerably more than we might have expected. Clearly the
responsibility for the present content rests with us.

kind regards

Tim
