  - for Windows use Instant Saxon 6.5.3 saxon.exe file
  - for Java use Saxon 6.5.3 saxon.jar file

Invocation:

   saxon  -o outputfile  inputXML  stylesheetXSLT

or:

   java  -jar saxon.jar -o outputfile  inputXML  stylesheetXSLT

Let me know if you have problems using it.  I'll let you do it since it 
will be handy to have the XSLT on your machine for other purposes. :{)}
