20030930-04: Ken add stylesheet to distribution in new folder named 'code'
20030930-05: Sue/Ken look for source for external code list xsd fragments
20030930-06: Ken, Lisa, Anne, Jon look for code list enumerations
20090930-07: Ken send code list definition stylesheet to Chee-Kai
20030930-08: Anne work on FAQ - add issue with bbie and cc internal codes

Change log entries since Tuesday's call are...
* Invoice: changed cardinality of Payment Terms to 0..n
* Removed change logging
* Changed Identification to Identifier for Property Terms where 
Representation term is also Identifier
* Changed UBL Name and Dictionary Entry Name formula to use only 
Representation Terms and corrected Dictionary Entry Name to use 
Representation Terms rather than Property term when both are the same.
* Dropped the Data Type and Data Type Qualifier columns (were J and K)- 
this is now mapped by the schemas (RepresentationTerm.xsd)
* Allowed "Globally Unique" to be abbreviated to "GU" in Property Term.
* Order: changed Property Term of TotalPackages from "Count" to 
"Quantity" making the UBL Name, TotalPackagesQuantity.
* Delivery: changed Dates to Date Times
