Hi all,
imho the ISO language code values just consist of small letters.

I assume the codelist origine is the DIN EDIFACT database. About 9 years ago
the capital letter expression has been inserted by the DIN in order to allow
the use of EDIFACT character set A. There were and are several mismatches
between EDIFACT and ISO/UN codelist recommendations.

This resctriction is not necessary for any XML standard.

Hello all,

here are the modified CCT, RT, and DT files with nearly all necessary
CodeList-Files.
I haven't generated any code lists for encoding code and character type
code, because I don't know which kind of international code list I can use
for it.

Also I made a minor change that all schemas will be valid, now.

Here are the same CCT, RT, and DT files I sent out earlier today only these
have the Major:Minor-alpha numbering fixed in the namespaces.  Throw out the
old ones, and use these.  If you have any problems, email me.
