actually it is a Chee-Kai question.

this file is a byproduct of his schema generator - i cannot say why it 
stops at row 476 though.

NB we do have manually maintained flags in the spreadsheets but these 
are woefully out of date.  which means we have an action item to update 
these with this TypeUsage information (when we get it all).
