Yes, I just used TurboXML's "XML Console" to select all Schemas and validate
them.  Note too that Turbo only generated a warning for the data types file,
not an error, so it isn't broken per se.  Indeed, it could just be a Turbo
foible, given that the other validators don't seem to have registered anything.
