UBL Schema 1.0-beta (20031113)

Here it is.

This set has incorporated all bug fixes and suggested changes
since 2003 Nov 07.  Specifically, it has fixed:

- the 3 invalid type restriction errors pointed out by
  Eduardo Gutentag & independently by Dave Carlson and
  Paul Thorpe,

- the warning about missing rt prefix pointed out by 
  Anthony Coates,

- the incorrect "Quantity. Type" annotation in TextType
  found in CoreComponentTypes.xsd as pointed out by
  Michael Dill.  It was also subsequently found that
  the TextType in RepresentationTerms.xsd has the same
  problem and has since been also corrected.


This set would most likely be the final set to be delivered
to this mailing list as time approaches infinitesimally towards
the release date.

If you discover further errors, bugs, problems, issues,
you can still post to this LC mailing list, but with the
understanding that they might only go into the "Known Bugs"
list instead of having the fixes being incorporated into
another release of beta schemas.
