to add a few things to anne's comments:

line 401 where it says Context Methodology(CM) should be Context 
Methodlogy [CM] to denote a normative reference.

similarly, the NDR document should be referenced [NDR] on lines 517, 530 
and 536 (also has a [CCTS] missing on it.)

nick-picking...
page 22. the title 4. UBL Schemas [NORMATIVE] needs a space before the 
title starts.
