Hi,

IMHO the structure of the spreadsheets should look like the attached file, plus

- update of the formulas (if needed) and

- splitting into documents and resuable

- and changes of some titles

- minus the archive information about Beta.

Errors as emailed are corrected. Just one is under construction.

 

As a by product this can be the TBG17 submission. (action 90% done;-)

 

Next step: data type and CCT spreadsheet. Linkage from the attached spreadsheets (see above) to codelists using the column Representation Term and Representation Term Qualifier.

Michael - to generate the TBG17 submission spreadsheets from the UBL spreadsheets.

Michael - extract terms for controlled vocabulary from the UBL spreadsheets

Tim - send message to Mikkel about TBG17 submission being possibly made by the end of the week

Tim - clarfiy the controlled vocabulary requirements with an example for Mikkel

Tim - clarify to Mikkel the controlled vocabulary requirements with an example

Sue - send the TBG17 controlled vocabulary

Marion - receive feedback and queries, etc from TBG17 about UBL's submission

Anne - to ask Lisa at the next day's NDRSC meeting about which version of NDRules were those agreed at the plenary

Tim and/or Bill - after Jon sees and agrees or amends the schedule, to post the events of the schedule to the KAVI calendar

Stephen – update models with agreed changes and create change log
