Tim,
below a fragment of the current draft 4 despatch advice schema. It still
shows <ccts:DataType>Identifier.Type</ccts:DataType>.

If the column 'Data Type' and 'Data Type Qualifier' disappear (at least by
greying) from the model spreadsheet, then this redundant information should
not occur in the annotation/documentation/Component.
Correct?
