UBL Liaison SC meeting 4 November 2003

Hello UBL Liaisons,

Minutes of today's call will follow separately, but I just wanted
to note for your planning purposes that our next LSC meeting will
take place during the upcoming UBL TC meeting 3-7 November in San
Francisco.  The LSC will meet at 4 p.m. California time Tuesday 4
November 2003.  This is 7 p.m. Tuesday 11/4 in New York, midnight
Tuesday 11/5 in London, 8 a.m. Wednesday 11/5 in Hong Kong and
Perth, 9 a.m. Wednesday 11/5 in Tokyo, and 11 a.m. Wednesday 11/5
in Sydney.

Note that this meeting replaces our regular monthly meeting for
November, which would ordinarily have taken place a day earlier.
If the December meeting follows our usual schedule, it will take
place Monday 1 December at 8 a.m. California time.

The conference bridge for the 4 November meeting will probably be
the one that we ordinarily use for LCSC calls:
