5. Code lists

We reviewed the changes to the paper since last time. V07
was sent to the list last night.

The idea of re-evaluating the local vs. global decision was
brought up. We have added this to our docket.

We have tentatively approved the "namespaced type method", but
we need to wait for quorum to really approve it.

We realized that there are two radically kinds of things that are
sometimes thought of as code lists, and we need recommendations for
    both.

New ACTION: Lisa to come up with examples of metadata enumerated
lists so that we can add them to Section 1.

6. Modnamver

     "Wake up" the following topics:
     - Separate RT/CCT module
     - How many root schemas

     Deferred.

7. Update the schedule through May

May 15: Modnamver, code lists (2hr)
May 22: Local vs. global, facets (2hr)
May 29: Tag structure, approve NDR document for distribution (2hr)
June 3-7 (the F2F meeting itself, if all goes according to plan)

NOTE! We will meet for 2 hours in both of the next sessions. If the
CM SC wants to meet, they will have to schedule a separate time.
     (Sorry...)

New ACTION: Eve to ask Fabrice if he's willing to be the champion
     for local vs. global elements.

New ACTION: Eve to try to ensure that we have quorum for our
remaining telecons leading up to the F2F.

New ACTION: Eve to buy a Hawaiian T-shirt for Mavis!

Who on this call is planning to attend the F2F? Eve, Mavis, Sue,
     Gunther, Lisa. Not Bill.

8. Adjourn

    Adjourned y:40.
