4. Action item review
Mavis:

Arofan:
- Get NDR document section written on embedded documentation.
IN PROGRESS
- Create a worked example of how to define nested supplementary
components. This has a dependency on Arofan getting the new list of
supplementary components. Sue will ask Mike to liaise on this.
5. Other SC reports
Gunther reported on the CCT meeting. At this meeting it was agreed to change
much that UBL had commented on via the feedback.
They hanged CCT scodeType and IdentifierType. A new CCT was created called
BinaryObjects instead of graphics and pictures to be used for attachments.
Reference paper dependent on the design of this.
A one to one relationship between Representation Terms and Core Component
Types was decided upon. This will necessitate NDR to review previous
decisions.
LCSC are getting ready for distribution though the August 16th release date
may get moved. In terms of the distribution, the chair of LCSC is currently
recommending distributing 3 papers alongside the library content. These
papers are:
- Code Identifier (Mike)
- Date Time (Gunther, same as NDR paper)
- Methodology (Tim)
Under the CSC Sue and Arofan will raise the issue of whether these items
should be reviewed by NDR in advance and if these papers should form part of
the distribution. Arofan from the NDR side will review the Code Identifier
paper but in order to do this he will need to have the Feedback from the CCT
group. Gunthers paper is the same for NDR and LCSC Feedback Sue to talk to
Mike about Arofan's involvement in the review.
Liaise with NDR
In terms of Gunther's date/time paper recent CCT changes will necessitate
that parts of this document be changed. The CSC did recommend freezing a bit
of the NDR document for distribution when it has matured. This will effect
whether updates are done to the date/time section of the NDR document only
or whether Gunther also needs to update his Date/Time position paper.
Gunther to send Mavis snip to insert in to the NDR document.
6A Review NDR document changes

Naming rules for second tier attributes are currently missing.
Action: Gunther will prepare some samples for next week of how to handle
second tier attributes.
Gunther: Do we need some further Simple Types if we haven't any facet
restrictions or should we derive from CCTs.
Action: Gunther to prepare some samples to investigate this for next week.
Gunther to send Mavis rules for Recurrence for insertion into the NDR
document.
Mavis: To amend NDR document to put in some example code for Period into the
NDR document.
Regarding recurrence some types of recurence i.e. Every Thursday of every
week, every first week within a month are not currently handled by the
proposed rules for recurrence in the Date/Time paper v6. It was decided that
the rules cover 80% of cases for now and will suffice for this version.
Market specific applications can be considered for the next version.
