[ubl-ndrsc] Question on Naming

In our NDR Main document lines 319 - 320, it says:

 

 For now mixed-content elements should have a Representation Term of Prose. This is currently under discussion with the LC SC.

I don't remember ever seeing this, and should we be following it?
