[ubl-ndrsc] Reminder: no meeting tomorrow

We are not meeting tomorrow, in order to give us (including me!) the 
time to do our action items.  We should also be seeing a draft-17 of the 
NDR document coming out sometime in the next couple of days.

Although we didn't take formal decisions on the containership and local 
vs. global issues, I believe we'll be able to come up with resolutions 
on these in next week's meeting.  I hope this will mean that we can 
agree to amend the NDR document in whatever way is appropriate for these 
items, so that next week's public draft can capture the full results of 
the F2F.
