Recursive container?

Question:

When 2 or more containers end up sitting consecutively in
a complexType, should there be a container applied onto the
list of containers themselves?

Ie.  in the situation as follows:

    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeA>...</SomeTypeA></UBLContainer>
    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeB>...</SomeTypeB></UBLContainer>
    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeC>...</SomeTypeC></UBLContainer>

should the list of <UBLContainer>s be recursively contained
as in:

<UBLContainer>...</UBLContainer>
    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeA>...</SomeTypeA></UBLContainer>
    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeB>...</SomeTypeB></UBLContainer>
    <UBLContainer><SomeTypeC>...</SomeTypeC></UBLContainer>
<UBLContainer>...</UBLContainer>

?
