CCC paper and how to use

A question came up in the Friday LCSC call about how to use Gunther's Common
Core Component paper.  He sent out draft number 11, not long ago.  In
reading through the document it still is not clear how to move forward with
it.  There are examples, but they are not consistent.

Can NDR help LCSC work this through?
