Rules for Voting:  Each email will have only one rule in it, I will try to

Voting period on this rule ends:  July 18, 2003

[R 86]   In the context of a schema, information that expresses
correspondences between data elements in different classification schemes
("mappings") may be regarded as metadata. This information should be
accessible in the same manner as the rest of the information in the schema.

ATG Decision:  rule has not yet been discussed by ATG2
