Sigh, it would be most complete to do so -- as XML documents, schema 
modules could theoretically contain internal/external subsets.

The schema "notation" feature is supposedly not even compatible with the 
DTD <!NOTATION...> feature, so it's best to stay away from it for lots 
of reasons.
