2. Review of figures in the NDR document.
Figure 3.1  

Structured so that a controlled schema can import individual modules without 
getting the whole.
In this controlled schema = the root schema for a particular business function.

Need to add "there is no single UBL root schema rather there are a number of 
UBL controlled schemas each of which 
which expresses a separate business function."

BB:The controlled schemas themselves define their own dependencies.
It isn't clear in the figure 3.1 that the shaded area is the namespace.
MC: Jim owes us another paragraph.

EG: 1124 we need to make "Control schema" plural.
1127 in the rule remove the reference to "instance"

MHC: For figure 3.2 it looks like CTRT gets imported. This needs to be changed 
in the diagram.

EG: In figure 3.3 commonaggregatecomponents:1:0 is repeated it needs to say 
datatypes.
In the legend x:y:z should say namespace.


MHC: Let's move on to 3.7

MC: Remove the bullets from 1336, and just say UBL constructs.
AG: 1358 - Add the word "sequence" because this is important.

MC: Let's look at [DOC1] These should be ordered as per how they look in the 
schemas if that is okay with everyone.
Agreed with quorum.

AG: L 1400 For every representation in the schema of a BBIE there must be a 
representation of the following pattern ...
MC: Should 3.7.2 become 3.7.1. Change the order in the rule so that the 
annotation schema comes first.

AG: Is [DOC 6] necessary.
MC: Each ASBIE is a global element and that is in Sec 5.
Ensure that DOC 6 reflects that the ASBIE is declared as an elemnt.

AG: In DOC8 the syntax in the example. Put brackets around Dictionary Entry 
Name.
We need to see if the documentation element needs a namespace prefix.
Each use in a schema of particular element is a modification of its semantics. 
Do you put in the complete path for 
documentation. Gunther will hopefully know the answer to it.
