Fellow UBL NDR Subcommittee Members (and Kenneth who needs to join 
the mail list),

I have addressed these two tickets:

I believe all of the editing is done and the artefacts created 
according to the revisions. All that remains is to find JSON 
validation tools that will catch up with our specification. But I 
have spent most of the last few days staring at all of this, trying 
to get all the nuances covered. The two UBL documents are almost 
identical, but I thought I should keep them separate.

I hope you can make the time to review these.
