Pre-award csd02wd01pa06 schemas ready for test

Fellow UBL Pre-award members,

During the call yesterday, I was asked to prepare pre-award 
schemas.  I thought we could wait until I prepared a CSD02WD01 draft.

I am experiencing sufficient problems updating the CSD02 spreadsheet 
that it would be faster if I simply produced csd02wd01pa06 as a 
revision of csd02wd01pa05.

Artefacts for the csd02wd01pa06 pre-award spreadsheet are ready for testing:

This reflects the order of constructs of the pre-award spreadsheet, 
not of the CSD01 constructs.

Please let me know if I have overlooked anything.
