UBL-238: Suggestion to look at the CallforTender schema.
The issue will be resolved without action.
UBL-222: 2 new elements will be added to convey the information of User concession revenue and Buyer concession revenue
UBL-214 suggestion to add the Change ABIE to contract modification
UBL-210: Proposal to add an optional element ContractFolderId to ProcurementProjectLotReference ABIE that could be used when the referenced lot belongs to another file (namely a planning)
UBL-209 Considerations about how to best address the translation process as a process distinct from the publication should be taken into account.
