The request for adding Security clearance Description was rejected because a textual element cannot be added as a specific term if there is no structured element for which it gives additional information.

Therefore:
Security clearance code will be added to Tendering terms
Security clearance Description will be added to Tendering terms 
A new jira will be created to express this need.

UBL-210: The proposed resolution provided in the F2F meeting was not retained. 
This opened the discussion again. The outcome of the discussion is that the definition of DocumentReference\Xpath needs to be improved. This will be done as part of the TC meeting as it affects all the subcommittees.

Next week there will be most probably the last pre-award meeting as all issues will have been processed for PRD2.
