Any pre-award text for the changes section of the UBL 2.3 hub document?

Fellow Pre-award SC members,

I'm working on the hub document and need to know if you are supplying 
any text for the section describing the differences from UBL 2.2 to 
UBL 2.3 here:

The section is titled "Editorial changes" and the focus is on each of 
the sections of the specification, so maybe you have no edits for there.

But we could add prose paragraphs to this section:

... though you can talk in generalities and not specific semantic 
components because in PRD02 the table of differences will be present 
(unlike the result of my oversight when creating PRD01 and the table 
of differences was absent).
