Title: Allowance Charge

Dear PSC

 

We have an request for a reminder document type. How do you implement reminders?

 

As a kind of invoice, that refer to an other invoice sayin that this one replaces the invoice.

As a statement?

As a creditnote followed by a new invoice?

 

If it is a statement, what do you do with the rate you want to demand for the delay?

 

I am quite sure that someone must have expirence with this before.
