UBL / UN/CEFACT Convergence Plan

Please find attached the most recet draft of a plan for the UBL / UN/CEFACT 
convergence work. 

The purpose of the plan is as a starting document for the first meeting with 
TBG1 at the end of this month.  It seeks to put provisional start and end 
dates for working on each tranche of messages while staying within the 
original timeframe presented in Vancouver of end 2007.
