   Dear all

   It seems to be quite clear that OIOUBL on this area has misinterprented the
   usage of UBL, something we have tried very hard to avoid. Even when you can
   say that the TaxAmount is described in TaxInclusiveAmount -
   TaxExclusiveAmount, we would like to suggest a TotalTaxAmount in the next
   version of UBL at least for having an element to map to for the existing
   usage of OIOUBL.

   The (Monetary Total)LineExtensionAmount is the sum of all the
   LineExtensionAmounts (def:The total amount for the Invoice Line, including
   Allowance Charges but net of taxes.)

   The TaxExclusiveAmount is (Monetary Total)LineExtensionAmount +-
   AllowanceCharge on document level net taxes.

   That's my 5 eurocents.
